"il Poggiolo" the villa

Well, the house where we will be enjoying fabulous times and making memories is called "Il Poggiolio". It is located in a small town called Badia a Ruoti.
The village of Badia a Ruoti belongs to the municipality of Bucine, in the province of Arezzo, in Tuscany. 193 people live in Badia a Ruoti. (and Iron Mike says we will know all of them by the time we leave!)
Il Poggiolo is 34 km to Arezzo, 50km to Florence and 27km to Siena. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, outside dining areas as well as a pool. Please check out the website to see lots of pictures:
The address is: 52020 Badia a Ruoti – Ambra – AR
